About Field Day

Support that feels calm, human and actually matched to your child.

Field Day Disability Support exists for families who are tired of support that feels rushed, clinical, disconnected or like “just another booking”.

Why we exist

Many families tell us the same thing: the worker is kind, but their child does not connect with them.

That matters. Because support only works when the young person feels safe, respected and comfortable enough to actually engage.

Our belief is simple

The right support worker can help a child feel more confident, more active, more socially comfortable and less alone.

What makes our workers different

Most of our team are studying Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Nursing, Education or related fields at universities like UNSW, USYD and Macquarie.

They bring youthful energy, relevant study, and real experience supporting neurodiverse young people — while still being professional, screened and boundaried.
