At Field Day Disability Support, we connect families with NDIS disability support workers for children and teenagers across Sydney — including the Upper North Shore, Hills District, and Forest District of Sydney. Our personalised support services include assistance to access community, social, and recreational activities, and assistance with self-care activities.
Many families have told us it's hard to find support workers in Sydney who truly connect with their child or teenager — someone who is relatable, where trust and connection come naturally — the very foundation of great support.
Field Day's mission is to bridge that gap. Since 2020, we’ve supported children and teenagers across Sydney with support workers who bring empathy, energy, and common ground. We offer a free meet-and-greet, giving your family the chance to see the connection before committing to ongoing support.

"Field Day has supported our son for over four years, both at home and out in the community. The team has supported him at soccer, on walks, at the beach, bowling, trampoline parks, or just at home doing puzzles or cooking. They even supported us during a month-long family holiday. They've always been friendly, reliable, and great company."
"Our son is non-verbal and autistic, and for the past three years he’s been supported by Field Day. They've taken him swimming, skateboarding, on day trips, and to his OT and speech sessions. They even learned to use his communication boards to help understand him. The team has always been patient, reliable, and full of energy. We're really thankful for the consistent care and connection they’ve brought into his life."
The heart of Field Day is our team — passionate support workers who bring energy, care, and connection
